The Role

Are you a high-caliber Project Manager ready to lead delivery for a premier boutique consulting firm? In this pivotal role, you will take full accountability for the project lifecycle-from initial scoping and resource allocation to high-stakes client delivery.

You will serve as the primary driver of our delivery engine, managing a PMO Lead who handles operational governance, allowing you to focus on translating strategic goals into actionable plans. This is an environment where you will bridge the gap between internal excellence and direct end-client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Delivery & Scoping: Lead day-to-day operations by defining complex requirements and driving projects from discovery through to successful completion.

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for end clients, aligning on milestones and ensuring professional delivery that meets business objectives.

  • Team Management: Provide direction to the PMO Lead to ensure the PMO function is stabilizing delivery through robust cadences and controls.

  • Financial Accountability: Take full ownership of project financials, including budget tracking, benefits realization, and "Actuals vs. Forecast" analysis.

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the deployment of cross-functional teams and contractors, ensuring high-quality outputs across major accounts.

  • Smart Tasking & Innovation: Oversee the implementation of lightweight governance frameworks and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and reduce scope creep.

The Successful Candidate
  • Experience: Proven background as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager within a technology or consulting environment.

  • Methodology: Deep familiarity with PRINCE2 Agile®, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong "gravitas" with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.

  • Analytical Mindset: Expert at interpreting financial data, RAID logs, and project KPIs to identify risks before they impact delivery.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in PM tools (Monday.com, Jira, MS Project) and a passion for integrating AI to drive operational excellence.
