QA Lead (AI-Driven Platform Transformation)We are seeking a strong QA Lead (Technical) to define, lead and evolve the quality engineering capability across a complex, AI-enabled platform transformation program for a leading insurance client.

Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Technical Leadership- Define and implement a modern, automation-first QA strategy aligned to an AI-driven SDLC- Act as the technical authority for quality engineering

Automation & AI-Driven Testing- Lead adoption of automation-first testing approaches- Define AI-driven QA techniques (test generation, regression optimisation)

SDLC & Governance- Establish strong quality governance and traceability

Platform & Integration Testing- Own testing strategy across workflow, underwriting, pricing, policy lifecycle

CI/CD & Environments- Optimise pipelines and enable continuous testing- Support multiple releases on a frequent basis through automation first approach

Key Technical Skills- Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)- API & microservices testing- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)- Test architecture and strategy- AI-driven testing exposure (desirable)
