We are looking for two experienced professionals to join a secure, high-profile technology programme in Hampshire. Whether your expertise lies in technical account leadership or strategic workforce planning, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers operating in complex environments.

1. Technical Account Manager

As the Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor for key stakeholders, overseeing the delivery of infrastructure and managed services while driving operational excellence and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain senior client relationships
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across complex environments
  • Act as the escalation point for critical service issues
  • Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and add value

Ideal Background:

  • Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar
  • Strong infrastructure or managed services experience
  • Executive stakeholder management

2. Account Resourcing Lead

As the Account Resourcing Lead, you will own workforce planning and resource management across the account, ensuring delivery teams have the right skills in place to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce planning and demand forecasting
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and suppliers to fulfil hiring needs
  • Monitor utilisation, headcount, and hiring pipelines
  • Drive workforce optimisation, redeployment, and succession planning
  • Produce reporting and insights to support strategic decisions
  • Improve resourcing processes through automation and continuous improvement

Ideal Background:

  • Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Talent Operations
  • Experience in complex technology or consulting environments
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment and delivery models
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Essential Requirements

  • Current DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance
  • Ability to work on-site in Hampshire
  • Experience working in complex, customer-focused environments
