We're looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven Growth Marketing Manager to help scale demand generation and fuel the sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid B2B marketing experience, ideally from SaaS, Proptech or tech.
You'll join a collaborative and ambitious team where ideas move quickly, and you'll have real ownership from day one. We're looking for someone confident in their craft, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and ready to make an immediate impact in a growing business.
About you:
- You have proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in proptech, tech, or another fast-moving environment.
- 5 years experience minimum.
- You're comfortable owning digital campaigns end to end - from planning and testing to reporting.
- You're data-driven, commercially minded, and always looking for smarter ways to reach the right audience.
- You're confident with CRM and automation platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- You thrive in a collaborative, startup-style culture - you like variety, pace, and problem-solving.
- You're outgoing, quick to learn, and great at building relationships across teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Running multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable revenue.
- Owning and optimising digital advertising channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, SEO/SEM).
- Leading ABM initiatives, personalising outreach for key enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Managing CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar) to ensure clean data, lead flow, and reporting accuracy.
- Developing email marketing and nurture campaigns that convert interest into opportunity.
- Partnering with sales and customer success to align messaging, track leads, and build scalable processes.
- Reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution - and using those insights to continuously improve.
