Marketing Specialist - Hybrid (London)

 

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a leading UK PropTech company transforming the way flexible workspaces and commercial offices operate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their marketing career while learning about an innovative, fast-moving industry.

 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create engaging content, manage their LinkedIn presence, and support a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives. If you're creative, curious, and ready to make an impact in a tech-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of generalist marketing experience and skills in copywriting and design to gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Production

  • Create sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal templates
  • Design marketing collateral (one-pagers, case studies, product sheets)
  • Develop event materials (graphics, signage, swag)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials

 

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Translate company and product messaging into compelling marketing copy
  • Produce email templates, website copy, blogs, and social media content
  • Develop customer success stories and repurpose content for multiple channels

 

Social Media Management

  • Manage LinkedIn content calendar, posting, and engagement
  • Monitor social performance and build community around company channels
  • Amplify thought leadership content from executives and team members

 

Event Support & Logistics

  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events
  • Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
  • Capture event content for marketing purposes

 

Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations Support

  • Support sales and customer success teams with presentations and account materials
  • Maintain collateral libraries and marketing project timelines
  • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and vendor coordination

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of generalist marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting and design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe)
  • Enthusiasm, excitement and keen to grow attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
