The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of our brand and communication strategy, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens LMS’ market presence and user experience.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll balance brand direction with day-to-day comms execution, bringing our story to life across multiple channels.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations and Sales to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.
Your Impact
- Lead LMS’ brand strategy, identity, and architecture, ensuring coherence across all sub-brands and communications.
- Drive market positioning initiatives that differentiate LMS in a competitive B2B landscape.
- Develop audience-focused comms plans for a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Oversee internal and external communications (e.g. press releases, digital campaigns, internal updates and printed materials).
- Create compelling brand narratives and content that bring our mission to life.
- Align brand and comms activity with our business strategy, culture, and values.
- Monitor brand and comms effectiveness through data and insight, ensuring continuous improvement.
Your Experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in brand and communications roles, with proven experience managing brand strategy.
- Experience within a B2B environment - ideally in tech, financial services, or property sectors.
- Track record of developing and executing brand and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating across teams and with external partners or agencies.
- Confidence using digital marketing and comms tools such as CRM platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards.
