Are you a conveyancing professional who is passionate about compliance, innovation and the future of legal technology?

We’re partnering with an exciting AI-powered conveyancing law firm that is looking for a Compliance Legal Engineer to join their growing team and help shape how compliance is built in the next generation of legal services.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to combine their legal expertise with compliance, regulatory knowledge and emerging AI technology. You’ll play a key role in developing smarter processes, strengthening AML frameworks, improving risk management and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

✓ A current practising certificate and strong residential conveyancing experience

✓ End-to-end knowledge of the conveyancing lifecycle

✓ Experience with AML, CDD, source of funds checks, file reviews and compliance processes

✓ Understanding of CLC Handbook, SRA regulations or similar regulatory frameworks

✓ Experience supporting compliance functions (Deputy HOLP, Deputy MLRO, COLP/MLRO support or similar)

✓ A genuine interest in AI, automation and how technology can transform legal services

You don’t need to be technical or have coding experience, just a curiosity for innovation and a passion for creating more efficient, compliant ways of working.
