Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO of global tech firm

Full-Time | London (hybrid) | Up to £110k + Bonus

We are currently working on an extraordinary opportunity to support the CEO of a world leading, global tech organisation. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are seeking a true strategic business partner - someone with excellent judgement, emotional intelligence, and the resilience to thrive in a high-intensity, demanding environment. This role requires complete dedication and flexibility beyond the traditional 9–5 structure and will require global travel (approx. once a month). It’s also worth noting that the role is also not a 1:1 role; you will form part of a small, committed team supporting this Founder & CEO. The team operates with seamless coordination across time zones to ensure 24/7 coverage and continuity.

This is an opportunity to operate at the highest level of executive support - partnering directly with a globally influential leader and playing a critical role in shaping the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO. For the right individual, this role offers unmatched exposure, impact, and long-term career acceleration.

We are looking for a “whatever it takes” mindset, and someone who can seamlessly switch between strategic initiatives and detailed execution, with flexibility to align with a demanding schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends when required. A real star!
