Business Analyst - Pega BPM

Contract (Inside IR 35)

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years as a Lead Business Analyst delivering Pega BPM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

  • Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
  • Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.

Agile Delivery:

  • Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready.
  • Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements

Continuous Collaboration:

  • Conduct elaboration sessions and “Show & Tell” demos to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with business teams to clarify new requirements and ensure mutual understanding.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering Pega BPM solutions as a Lead Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Pega Specification and Requirement Rules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with UK-based clients.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories.
