Account Executive
About:
Our client are a leading tech innovator transforming estates, facilities & compliance management with next-gen CAFM solutions.
Role Description:
- The Account Executive will be responsible to drive growth, build relationships, and support clients across the UK.
- Manage & grow strategic client relationships
- Identify, develop & close new business opportunities
- Deliver demos, proposals & engaging presentations
- Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
- Collaborate with product & onboarding teams to ensure success
- Monitor market trends & competitor activity
- Engage senior stakeholders across sectors (facilities management experience- big advantage)
Key Skills Needed:
- Solid account management & business development background
- Confidence presenting tech-based solutions
- FM/ NHS / public sector selling experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in FM, estates, or CAFM platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote role
- CRM proficiency & structured sales process experience
- Motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset
