We're Hiring: CHECK Team Member (Penetration Testing & Red Teaming)

Location: Remote-first, UK-wide

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 + Training Budget + Benefits

We're supporting a fast-growing UK cybersecurity consultancy known for delivering high-quality penetration testing, red-team operations, and technical assurance to clients across both public and private sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver penetration testing, application testing and red-team engagements
• Take ownership of your workload and support wider project planning
• Lead client calls, debriefs and technical discussions
• Support scoping, proposals and pre-engagement preparation
• Contribute to research, internal projects and (if you want) speaking opportunities
• Consultant - CTM - JD

What We're Looking For

• CHECK Team Member (CTM) status — essential
• Strong pen testing capabilities across web, infrastructure and applications
• Experience delivering consultancy work directly to clients
• Clear, concise reporting skills
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, including translating complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
• Consultant - CTM - JD

Nice-to-haves:

• OSCP, CRTO or similar certifications
• Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Red-team engagement delivery experience
• Consultant - CTM - JD

Salary, Training & Benefits

• £35,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
