In addition to delivering exceptional client outcomes, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the business, generating new work and converting your bids into a secured pipeline. You’ll be as comfortable shaping opportunities and building relationships as you are designing and delivering modern data platforms.

  • Leading complex data and engineering engagements using Microsoft Azure, Fabric and Databricks.
  • Writing and reviewing high-quality Python and SQL for data transformation, automation and analytics.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Building and sustaining a strong pipeline of data, analytics and AI work in collaboration with commercial and delivery teams.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing data and engineering teams.

  • A blend of strategic advisory capability, commercial acumen and hands-on technical depth.
  • Significant experience in data architecture and data engineering, including platform design and build.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services for data storage, processing and analytics.
  • Proven experience with modern data platforms such as Fabric and Databricks, with strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • A strong UK network and a track record of generating new business and building a pipeline of data, analytics and AI engagements.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including board-level conversations, while remaining comfortable working close to the technology.
