Information Security Analyst – Take Ownership, Drive Compliance

Salary – Up to £52k

Location – HULL – Hybrid – UK Residents only, Sorry, no sponsorship

Hybrid working – 4 days per week on-site in our Hull office.

Join a world-leading mechanical engineering powerhouse with a global footprint and multi-billion turnover. We’re looking for a driven Information Security Analyst ready to step in and take full ownership of our ISO 27001 compliance framework .

This isn’t a role where you just tick boxes — you’ll assess, refine, and implement the required controls . You’ll need strong experience with Microsoft Purview, Office 365 DLP , and a solid grasp of Microsoft security tools .

We’re particularly keen to hear from people who’ve come from a technical background and have moved into the GRC world — someone who understands not just the policies, but how to implement and embed them.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Information Security, GRC, or Risk & Compliance roles
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, DLP, Perview, Office 365stack, Microsoft tools
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and control frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to balance regulatory demands with pragmatic, business-focused solutions
