Lead – Professional Services (Cortex XSIAM / SIEM) - £100k + Bonus + Benefits

Role: Senior Technical Lead

Are you an experienced SIEM professional with a passion for engineering, migrations, and technical strategy? We’re a growing MSSP building a best-in-class Professional Services function focused on Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSIAM, and we’re looking for a leader to help define how we deliver and scale world-class security services.

About the Role

As the Lead for Professional Services, you will:

• Shape and build our Professional Services capability — from methodologies to service offerings and governance.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for Cortex XSIAM.
• Architect, deploy, optimise, and support XSIAM solutions across customer SOCs.
• Lead complex SIEM engineering projects, including SIEM-to-SIEM migrations, rule conversion, and configuration translation.
• Support pre-sales technical engagement to ensure delivery success.
• Define and refine delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Lead enablement initiatives for Professional Services, Customer Success, Presales, and partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prepare for new features and launches.
• Provide technical escalation and coaching to delivery teams.
• Mentor and develop newer team members.
• Build internal resources such as tooling, playbooks, and correlation libraries.

Your Experience

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in:

• SIEM engineering, configuration, tuning, and administration
• Complex SIEM migrations
• Cortex XSIAM design, deployment and optimisation (or equivalent platform experience)
• Defining delivery processes, frameworks, and repeatable approaches
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration

Typical previous roles include SIEM Engineer, SIEM Migration Specialist, SOC Architect, or Technical SME.
