Infrastructure Manager
Infrastructure Manager (Cyber & IT)
£75,000 – £85,000 + benefits
London - Hybrid
I'm supporting a growing legal technology business that is looking to hire an Infrastructure Manager to take full ownership of its systems, security, and compliance.
This is a hands-on senior post in a tightly regulated setting, reporting straight to leadership. You would be the person keeping everything stable, protected, and audit-ready as the company grows.
What would you own
- The full AWS estate: servers, networks, storage, backups, and uptime
- ISO 27001 end-to-end: policies, internal audits, change control, and the external certification cycle
- Day-to-day security: threat monitoring, patching, vulnerability scanning, and incident response
- Cloud data: access control, integrity, and GDPR-aligned retention and disposal
- The company website, its web server, and WordPress upkeep
What you'll bring
- Circa 7+ years across infrastructure, systems, or network administration
- Genuine depth in AWS (non-negotiable, as everything runs on it)
- Real ISO 27001 experience: documentation, auditing, and change control
- A sharp eye for risk, and the judgement to act on it
- The confidence to sit in front of clients and senior stakeholders and make the technical make sense
Nice to have
- A background in legal, e-discovery, or another compliance-heavy field
- Cyber security or digital forensics experience
- Familiarity with review platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or Disco
- An interest in the secure, governed use of AI agents in regulated environments
Package
- £75,000 – £85,000 depending on experience, with package and bonus open to discussion
- Standard benefits
- A visible, senior seat with a direct line to leadership
- The scope to shape security and infrastructure strategy from the front
This would suit someone who wants to own the whole picture rather than a slice of it, enjoys being client-facing, and takes pride in turning messy technical detail into real value for the people who need it.
