Our client is a fast-growing, specialist consultancy working with leading organisations across regulated industries. They’re known for delivering practical, commercially grounded solutions, particularly across cyber risk, third-party security, and operational resilience, and are continuing to scale their capability in this space.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of security, risk, and business transformation:

• Lead complex, multi-stream engagements across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, with a strong focus on third-party security risk
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on supply chain security posture, cyber risk, and regulatory expectations
• Design and implement security-focused frameworks across third-party risk, cyber resilience, and technology risk
• Support clients in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across their supply chain ecosystem
• Own and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Drive business development, shaping propositions and building pipeline
• Lead and develop high-performing teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Risk / Third Party Risk / Supplier Security Risk
• Good understanding of cyber security principles and how they apply to third parties and supply chains
• Knowledge of Security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CyberEssentials)
• Background in consulting or advisory environments
• Experience working with regulated industries (FS, insurance, etc.)
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting growth and sales
