AI Alliance Sales - Senior Director
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Director to lead revenue growth for LTM's strategic AI Alliance partnership across Europe. This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role at the intersection of enterprise AI, alliance management, and executive-level solution selling.
You will be responsible for positioning and selling AI-powered platform — spanning Conversational AI, Emotion AI, Generative AI, and Knowledge AI — alongside LTM’s implementation, integration, and managed services capabilities. Your mission is to build a robust AI-led pipeline, close strategic deals, and establish LTM as the go-to systems integrator for enterprise AI solutions in the European market.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- S12–18 years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong track record in AI, ML, Conversational AI, or CX Automation solution selling
- .Minimum 5 years of direct experience selling AI/ML-powered platforms or intelligent automation solutions to enterprise clients
- .Demonstrated ability to close £5M+ (or equivalent) annual deals in AI services, platform, or SaaS sales
- .Deep domain knowledge in contact centre operations, customer experience transformation, and AI-driven intelligent automation
- .Proven experience in alliance/partner-led or co-selling models with ISV or AI platform vendors
- .Excellent executive presence with the ability to articulate AI business value to CXOs and board-level stakeholders
- .Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
