Role: Product Owner/ Senior Business Analyst

Location: Bracknell, UK (5 days onsite)

About the Role:

• This role will work within the teams working across multiple stakeholders delivering aligned Product Value propositions
• The role will play an integral part in the team to support driving the value aspects of the product requirement including creating stories in Jira leading refinement sessions across the teams
• Working closely with both product design and development teams
• 10 years' experience in business analysis requirements management
• Must be confident in driving requirement user journey conversations with different stakeholders and able to question and challenge Product with a value adding approach
• Proactive with an analytical and inquisitive mindset who is happy to work in detail and can context switch
• Strong organizational skills and has demonstrable experience of agile ways of working and who can work at pace
• Able to facilitate open and transparent communication build inclusive and harmonious effective working relationships with team members across technology and business functions
• Instrumental in building and maintaining a robust backlog of stories
• Able to consider the bigger picture of potential dependencies across teams and value streams
• Excellent demonstrable Jira experience with creating epics stories used to working with Kanban boards daily
• Able to effectively relay story requirements to the developers, QA in ceremonies and gets involved in demos and supports testing
• Self-starter can hit the ground running and not always reliant on being given daily tasks
• Experience in Pricing and revenue management related areas is a bonus
