The SAP Datasphere Senior Consultant is a design led specialist responsible for information architecture data modelling and performance optimised solution design for enterprise analytics and planning scenarios The role focuses on reviewing designing and optimising Datasphere models that underpin SAP Analytics Cloud SAC analytics and planning use cases ensuring scalability performance and long-term maintainability

Key Responsibilities

• Information Data Architecture
• Design and review end-to-end 5information architecture within SAP Datasphere
• Define semantic models conformed dimensions hierarchies and KPI consistency
• Ensure reusable scalable data models aligned to enterprise analytics strategy
• SAP Datasphere Design Modelling
• Design and review Datasphere artefacts including Spaces Data Flows Views and Analytic Models
• Apply best practice modelling patterns for SAC Analytics and Planning consumption
• Determine optimal pushdown of logic between Datasphere and SAC
• Performance Scalability Optimization
• Review and optimize runtime performance and memory consumption
• Identify bottlenecks impacting SAC story execution
• Design for high data volumes and future regional rollouts
• Support target execution times eg sub5second analytics
• Design Review Advisory
• Conduct design and architecture reviews of existing Datasphere solutions
• Provide clear actionable optimization and remediation recommendations
• Act as design authority and advisor to delivery teams and stakeholders

Required Skills Experience

• Rich experience in SAP analytics BI or data platforms
• Handson experience with SAP Datasphere or strong SAP HANABW background
• Strong expertise in data modelling and information architecture
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA performance and memory concepts
• Experience supporting SAP Analytics Cloud consumption

Desirable Skills

• SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics certifications
• Experience in largescale or multi country analytics rollouts
• Prior Centre of Excellence CoE or design authority role
