Our market leading client is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business objectives and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including implementation, upgrades, and module enhancements (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal policies, change management, and governance frameworks.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow project delivery and adoption.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ensure a smooth transition to operations teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
  • Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow PPM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
