Location: Cannon Street, Central London

Salary: £125,000 – £150:000

My client is a boutique AI consultancy based in Central London, and they are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to deliver end-to-end Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role blends hands-on engineering with consultative delivery, solution design, and client-facing impact.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and implementing Agentic AI architectures for enterprise workflows.
• Building and deploying LLM-powered solutions, including Q&A systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
• Developing custom copilots, plugins, and declarative agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Agent Service.
• Operationalising AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Prompt Flow, and scalable Azure deployment patterns.
• Leading client workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and shape AI strategy.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval strategies.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning/NLP libraries (LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying AI workloads on Azure (ACA, AKS, Azure Functions) and implementing RAG with Azure AI Search.
• Ability to engage with clients, translate business needs, and deliver scalable end-to-end AI solutions.
