DarwinBox Functional Lead

Job Title: Functional Lead - DarwinBox HCM
Location: Hybrid - London-based with occasional international travel
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Length: 12 Months

We're looking for a DarwinBox Functional Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme supporting a global rollout of HCM and ERP systems. You'll play a key role in optimising the use of DarwinBox across multiple European regions, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional workstream for Darwin Box across Europe (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Germany).

• Own and drive the optimisation, adoption, and benefit realisation of Darwin Box as the core HCM platform.

• Work closely with integration specialists to ensure seamless data flow between DarwinBox and other systems.

• Bridge functional and technical teams - able to speak both business and technical language.

• Provide both project delivery and production support, ensuring the solution is stable, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Analyse business processes and define clear inputs/outputs for all Darwin-related workflows.

• Collaborate with local teams and support stakeholders to embed best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Functional Lead on HCM platforms - ideally DarwinBox or Workday.

• Good understanding of HCM processes and system integration principles.

• Ability to work with integration teams - strong appreciation of technical design, data flow, and system architecture.

• Proven experience delivering Pan-European or global HR systems rollouts.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience in both project delivery and post-go-live support environments.

• German language skills would be a strong advantage.
