Frontend engineer

Mid-Senior Engineer | Hybrid | React Native and React | TypeScript | £65k + 10% bonus

La Fosse is working with an exciting SaaS company in the HR tech space, currently replatforming their Front End and mobile stack. They're looking for a React Native/React Developer to help drive this modernisation effort across both web and mobile platforms.

What they're Looking For:

• Strong commercial experience with React Native (minimul 3 year commercial).
• Experience with React/Next.js, ShadCN, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration
• Knowledge of modern testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Experience collaborating with Back End teams, designers, and product stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to tools like Cursor and other AI coding assistants
• Familiarity with mobile development tools (eg Expo, React Navigation)
• Experience with app store submission and mobile life cycle management
• Awareness of app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.)

The role is hybrid in Horsham. The team will meet on an ad hoc bases.
