Head of Systems Innovation

Permenant position - Hybrid working, 4 days a week in the office (central London)

We're hiring a Head of Systems Innovation to lead the strategy and delivery of core business systems across a growing, complex organisation. This is a senior leadership role focused on building scalable, well-governed solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, while working closely with the business to drive real commercial value.

Overview

• Senior technology leadership role owning enterprise business systems

• Strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

• Responsible for strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimisation

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the systems development roadmap

• Lead and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams

• Own CRM and ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 CE & Finance/Operations)

• Oversee Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations

• Set engineering standards, governance, and release processes

• Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance

• Manage external vendors and technology partners

Key Experience

• Leadership of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams

• Strong solution architecture and systems design background

• Experience with Azure services and system integrations

• Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Hands-on technical leader with strong people skills

• Able to balance long-term architecture with delivery

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
