Business Analyst (Integration) - 12 Month FTC
London | Hybrid
I'm working with a well-regarded financial services client on a Business Analyst hire into their Transformation team.
This is a 12-month FTC, focused on integration and platform change. It's a proper delivery role - working closely with engineering teams, getting into the detail, and helping drive things forward.
The Role
You'll be Embedded in a live transformation environment, supporting integration-led change across multiple systems.
Key focus:
- Working closely with engineering teams on API/integration work
- Understanding how systems connect (and where they don't)
- Mapping processes, data flows and dependencies
- Owning requirements end-to-end - from discovery through to delivery
- Bringing structure and clarity across moving parts
- Proactively identifying gaps, blockers and solutions
Must Haves
- Proven Business Analyst experience within financial services
- Strong experience delivering integration/platform change
- Experience working closely with technical (engineering/development teams)
- Good understanding of APIs, data flows and system connectivity
- Confident stakeholder management across business and technology
