Patient Product Lead
Job Title: Product Lead - Digital Healthcare
Salary: £75,000k - £85,000k & Bonus & Benefits package
Location: Mancheste or Northampton or Chessington (Hybrid/Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to oversee the full life cycle of our digital healthcare products, which are critical to delivering high-quality care to patients across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving product development, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of innovative healthcare solutions.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, commercial, and compliance teams to ensure our products are intuitive, effective, and aligned with the highest standards of usability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be essential in connecting the needs of patients and healthcare providers with our product strategy, ensuring that we continuously deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product life cycle-from ideation and roadmap development to launch, iteration, and BAU.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define product requirements and user stories based on market research, user feedback, and strategic goals.

Ensure all products comply with relevant NHS standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices, and other relevant guidelines.

Prioritize and manage product backlogs, making trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.

Measure and report on product performance, using data to inform continuous improvement and decision-making.

Act as the voice of the user-both patients and healthcare providers-within the organization.

Mentor and guide junior product managers and support cross-functional team collaboration.
About You:

Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in digital health, medtech, or regulated industries.

Desirable understanding of healthcare systems in the UK, digital health regulations, and clinical workflows.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with competing priorities.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira, Confluence).

Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology.
Preferred Qualifications:

Desired but not essential background in health tech, clinical settings, or experience working with EHR systems.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a scaling environment.
