Power Platform Lead Developer

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Lead Developers to drive the adoption, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft solutions for our client based in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Power Platform team, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee the design, build, and deployment of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Establish development standards, governance, and ensure compliance with security and data policies.
• Support collaboration across IT, data, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are integrated effectively.
• Keep up to date with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends, driving innovation across the team.
• Manage projects, resources, and vendor relationships to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CE).
• Understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, HTML, or SQL (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and structured project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor and develop technical teams.

London based role - 2 days a week in the office (can be based outside of London on a remote basis also)
