Salesforce Functional Analyst

Salesforce Functional Analyst - Permanent - Remote with 1 day per week on site in Hertfordshire

La Fosse are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Healthcare industry who are looking for 2x Functional Analysts to support each of them in their Salesforce eco-system.

The role is pretty technical but also needs to have a strong business perspective. Additionally, these roles will be working on features and user stories for the Salesforce (SF) platform as well as other IT systems so a solid SF background is needed (particularly experience with working with SF architects and SF developers).

Here is a summary of what they are after:

• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce (data models, integrations, architecture)
• Not hands-on development, but can write user stories with technical accuracy
• Can write and own integration stories
• Understands architecture and can speak with devs and architects fluently
• Can translate business needs into precise technical documentation
• Has worked on large transformations or complex systems
• Has experience in cross-functional teams (developers, architects, product, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset - asks the "why" and digs deep
