Senior PHP Developer

Location: Remote UK (with quarterly travel to London)
Schedule: Full-time

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our fast-paced and collaborative tech team. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance Back End systems, leading architectural decisions, and deploying solutions to cloud environments. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Server Side systems and APIs

• Lead on performance, scalability, and security improvements

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements

• 5+ years' experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Vue.js

• Solid understanding of MVC frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database optimisation

• Hands-on experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Experience with high-concurrency, high-availability system environments

• Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and Back End security best practices

• CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps workflows

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented

• Strong at managing priorities and working under pressure

• Quick to learn with great time management and initiative
