Job Title: ServiceNow Admin
Location: Birmingham 2x a week.
Salary: c. £55,000
Summary
Our client are hiring for a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator to keep our platform running smoothly and help it grow. You'll be the go-to person for managing day-to-day admin, supporting users, and making sure the system delivers real value to the business.
It's a role where you'll get stuck into problem-solving, configuration, and improvements, while also picking up experience in new modules and features. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and being the person who makes things work, this could be a great move.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily admin of the ServiceNow platform, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Configure, test and roll out updates, workflows, and new functionality.
- Support users and act as the first point of contact for platform queries.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and spot opportunities for improvements.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and IT teams to deliver enhancements.
Experience:
- Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator (or similar role).
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator, able to support users at all levels.
Bonus points for: ServiceNow certifications, exposure to HRSD/ITOM, or ITIL knowledge.
