AI Strategy Manager

Interim AI Strategy & Deployment Manager

Location: London / Hybrid

A leading advisory firm is seeking a Manager-level professional with consulting and/or M&A experience and a strong interest in AI.

The role will focus on deploying AI tools and “agents” across live deal environments, working closely with transaction teams to test, refine, and scale AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and test new AI agents and use cases
• Train deal teams on AI tools and workflows
• Deploy AI solutions on live transactions
• Support development of agents for:
• Market and sector research
• Analysis of deal materials (IMs, VDDs, etc.)
• Financial and operational analysis
• Institutional knowledge management
• Lead rollout of new AI tools, including Claude Cowork 3P via AWS private cloud infrastructure

Candidate Profile

• Manager-level experience in consulting, M&A, transaction services, or private equity support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI, workflow automation, and emerging technologies
• Ability to work closely with deal teams in a hands-on environment
