Agile Lead

Salary: £55 - £67k

Location: Hythe (Full Time in Office)

Must have Full UK Right to Work - Relocation Packages available

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation looking to strengthen its delivery capability by hiring an experienced Agile Lead . The focus of this role is enabling teams to deliver valuable software predictably, sustainably, and with continuous improvement baked in.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders, helping teams balance speed, quality, and long-term health. This is a pragmatic environment where Agile is a means to better outcomes, not an end in itself.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading and coaching one or more delivery teams to improve flow, focus, and delivery outcomes
• Supporting product prioritisation with a strong value mindset, balancing features, quality, and technical sustainability
• Helping teams adopt adaptive ways of working that fit their context rather than enforcing rigid frameworks
• Using delivery metrics to understand trends, inform planning, and improve predictability
• Encouraging sustainable pace and healthy team dynamics
• Facilitating effective team and cross-team collaboration where needed
• Working with stakeholders to keep them informed without disrupting team flow

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery within complex or evolving environments
• Strong understanding of Agile principles with practical experience across multiple approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and product leaders
• Confident using data and feedback to drive improvement
• Able to challenge constructively and influence without authority
• Happy working in a hybrid model with regular time on site
