Analytics Lead

up to £85,000 + bonus

Travel to Hampshire required (2-3 days per week in office)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, B2B organisation currently going through a significant transformation across data, systems, and commercial operations.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Analytics Lead to help shape and build a modern analytics capability from the ground up. The business is investing heavily in creating a central analytics hub within a hub-and-spoke operating model across the wider organisation, while also evolving its offshore capability and modernising a fragmented technology and data landscape.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to bring structure, visibility, and commercial insight to a business that knows it has challenges to solve - particularly across CRM, sales data, customer analytics, and the wider tech stack.

This role would suit someone with a strong commercial mindset, ideally with a background in consulting, transformation, or M&A-driven environments, who enjoys operating in complex businesses and building capability in fast-changing settings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development of a central analytics hub supporting the wider business
  • Driving improvements across customer, commercial, and sales analytics
  • Bringing structure and clarity to fragmented systems and inconsistent data
  • Supporting the evolution of a scalable hub-and-spoke analytics operating model
  • Working closely with commercial and sales leadership to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Helping address significant CRM and Salesforce-related data challenges
  • Influencing the future analytics and data technology stack
  • Partnering with offshore teams and helping shape scalable delivery capability
  • Delivering insight around customer behaviour, LTV, and commercial performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Commercial Analytics or Customer Analytics role
  • Strong technical capability across SQL, Python, and BigQuery
  • Experience working within complex or evolving data environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially focused mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact
  • Experience in consulting, transformation, private equity, or M&A-backed environments would be highly advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes, structure, and best practice
  • Experience working within B2B businesses preferred

Please do apply should this sound like you!
