Analytics Manager - Foundational Analytics

London (2 days per week)

up to £90,000 + bonus (10-30%)

We’re working with a fast-growing data consultancy looking to hire an Analytics Manager into their Foundational Analytics team.

This role is focused on helping PE-backed mid-market businesses build modern data capabilities from the ground up. Projects typically involve building cloud data platforms, creating reporting solutions and helping clients better understand commercial performance through data.

The role is a blend of client management, project delivery, technical execution and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and data transformation projects from discovery through to delivery
• Manage day-to-day client communication and stakeholder relationships
• Build short and long-term project plans
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Support business development activities and early-stage client conversations
• Design and build modern data solutions using tools such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
• Develop data models, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Deliver insight-led recommendations to clients

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
• Good Python experience
• Experience with dbt
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Fabric or similar)
• Experience with BI/visualisation tools
• Previous experience managing projects and stakeholders
• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience working in consulting, scale-up or fast-paced environments is beneficial
