Business Analyst

AI Business Analyst | London | £600 per day | Outside IR35 | 3 Days Onsite

An AI Business Analyst is required to join a growing AI Centre of Excellence, focused on delivering applied AI solutions across generative AI, machine learning, and data automation.

This role translates business intent into clear, structured requirements that guide the design and delivery of high-impact AI use cases.

Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and AI Quality teams, the position ensures alignment between business value, technical feasibility, and data readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and expand AI use cases across generative, predictive, and automation workflows
• Define detailed business, functional, and field-level data requirements
• Map datasets and metadata to model needs (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, classifiers)
• Collaborate with Engineering on feasibility, integrations, and data flows
• Support agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early in delivery

Experience Required:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within product, data, or AI environments
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based solutions
• Strong understanding of how data, models, and APIs interact
• Confident translating business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile delivery teams
