This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Business Analyst who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle and wants to play a key role in shaping future business processes and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
- Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Working closely with delivery, technical and testing teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supporting Agile, Scrum and hybrid project delivery environments.
- Driving process improvements and helping deliver tangible business value.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience delivering projects as a Business Analyst.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and writing user stories using Gherkin methodology.
- Ability to work independently and act as a self-starter.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar.
- A passion for continuous improvement and business change.
