Collaboration Technology Product Manager

We’re hiring a Collaboration Technology Product Manager to lead a large‐scale Jira Service Management (JSM) rollout (~7,000 users) within a global financial services organisation undergoing major internal transformation.

This role focuses on moving teams away from fragmented tools (email, spreadsheets, Teams) to one unified platform , improving both internal service delivery and client outcomes .

What you’ll do

• Own the Jira / JSM roadmap and rollout at scale
• Standardise workflows across the business
• Drive adoption and enterprise change
• Improve how teams collaborate and deliver work

• Experience rolling out Jira / Atlassian tools at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of JSM / ITSM / service management
• Track record of driving organisation‐wide change and adoption
• Product mindset — roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery ownership
