Collaboration Technology Product Manager

We’re hiring a Collaboration Technology Product Manager to lead a large‐scale Jira Service Management (JSM) rollout (~7,000 users) within a global financial services organisation undergoing major internal transformation.

This role focuses on moving teams away from fragmented tools (email, spreadsheets, Teams) to one unified platform, improving both internal service delivery and client outcomes.

• Own the Jira / JSM roadmap and rollout at scale
• Standardise workflows across the business
• Drive adoption and enterprise change
• Improve how teams collaborate and deliver work

• Experience rolling out Jira / Atlassian tools at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of JSM / ITSM / service management
• Track record of driving organisation‐wide change and adoption
• Product mindset — roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery ownership
