Contract Product Manager | Authentication / IAM | Outside IR35 | £475pd
I'm recruiting for a Contract Product Manager to support a key digital identity and authentication initiative within a leading membership / subscription services organisation.
This role will suit a Product Manager with experience working within membership, subscription, customer account environments, alongside prior exposure to identity, authentication or access management product initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting a digital identity and authentication workstream
- Enhancing and configuring an existing Azure B2C authentication journey
- Improving login and authentication experiences, including changes to the login flow
- Delivering multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhancements, providing users with authentication options such as phone, SMS/text and email
- Working across logins, authentication, SSO and digital identity
- Partnering with product, engineering and supplier teams to deliver secure, user-centric solutions
- Contributing to a longer-term roadmap including migration from Azure B2C to Entra ID
Experience required:
- Proven Product Management experience within membership / subscription / customer account-based environments (essential)
- Previous experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, login journeys, SSO, MFA, digital identity and/or biometric authentication initiatives
- Comfortable working with technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Strong balance of customer experience, product thinking and technical understanding
Contract details:
- £475pd - Outside IR35
- Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (flexible)
