La Fosse have partnered with a FTSE 250 organisation in the logistics space to recruit a hands-on Data Architect, to help shape the future of their data landscape.

You’ll play a big role in building out the next-gen data platform (Using GCP), defining data strategy and architecture from the ground up. This is more than just governance — it’s a chance to solve big problems, modernise legacy systems, and create reusable, scalable data products that unlock business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping data strategy and architecture roadmap
• Designing scalable models and integration patterns
• Leading on cloud data tech (mainly GCP)
• Driving innovation across warehousing, BI, and real-time pipelines
• Working closely with business and tech teams to deliver real impact

Experience Required:

• Strong experience as a data architect (cloud-native, ideally in GCP)
• Hands-on with BigQuery, Dataflow, Databricks, and modern ETL
• Experience designing data products, real-time architecture, and data mesh
• Background in logistics, transport, retail or supply chain a plus

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days/week in the London office.
