DevOps & Platform Engineering Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days office)

Salary: Up to £90,000 + benefits

A leading real estate consultancy is seeking a hands-on DevOps Manager to lead the design, delivery, and improvement of its Azure-based cloud and developer platforms.

You’ll manage a small team of three engineers while remaining technically involved - driving automation, governance, and reliability across a complex Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps & Platform team.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver scalable and compliant platforms.
• Balance project delivery with ongoing optimisation and operational excellence.

Key experience:

• Strong background in Azure cloud, IaC (Bicep/Terraform), and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitLab).
• Proven leadership experience in a hands-on capacity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
