ERP Project Manager
The role will be responsible for the delivery of ERP systems projects across our global client, including:
- Leading the effective delivery of ERP projects from concept through implementation and post-project review.
- Managing project deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and committed to timelines.
- Coordinating project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, and managing dependencies affecting the project.
- Establishing and maintaining project governance, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk/issue management.
- Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administering project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and gathering system requirements to design and implement ERP solutions.
- Maintaining project documentation, including briefs, execution plans, reports, logs, and registers.
- Capturing lessons learned to drive improvements in future ERP projects.
- Using project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, scheduling, risk analysis) to provide transparency and oversight.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering ERP system projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and risk/issue/dependency (RAID) management.
- Experience delivering ERP projects in complex, global environments .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Competence with ERP project management tools and reporting systems.
