First Line Support Engineer

We’re currently recruiting for a First Line Support Engineer to join a growing IT team, providing day-to-day support across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some exposure to IT who is looking to build their experience in a hands-on support environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and service requests
- Logging, managing, and resolving first line support tickets
- Escalating more complex issues to second/third line teams where required
- Supporting users with hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Carrying out simple admin tasks across systems (user accounts, access, resets etc.)
- Delivering strong customer service and clear communication to end users
What we’re looking for:
- Some prior exposure to IT support (education, internship, or commercial experience)
- Basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
