Frontend Engineer | Hybrid | React and React Native | TypeScript | £70k + 10% bonus

La Fosse is working with an exciting SaaS company in the HR tech space, currently replatforming their frontend and mobile stack. They're looking for a React / React Native Developer to help drive this modernisation effort across both web and mobile platforms.

What they’re Looking For:

• Strong commercial experience with React and React Native.
• Experience with Next.js , ShadCN , and design systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration
• Knowledge of modern testing tools such as Jest , React Testing Library , or Enzyme.
• Experience collaborating with backend teams, designers, and product stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to tools like Cursor and other AI coding assistants
• Familiarity with mobile development tools (e.g. Expo , React Navigation )
• Experience with app store submission and mobile lifecycle management
• Awareness of app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.)

The role is hybrid in Horsham. The team will meet on an ad hoc bases.
