Full Stack Engineer

Tech Lead | Hybrid | React and Node | TypeScript | up to £90k + 10% bonus

La Fosse is working with an exciting SaaS company in the HR tech space, currently modernising their core platform and scaling their engineering team. They're hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to take ownership of key product areas while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

This is a high-impact leadership role with plenty of autonomy, ideal for someone who loves shipping great code, setting best practices, and developing people.

What they’re Looking For:

• Strong commercial experience with React, Node and TypeScript
• Solid backend experience — ideally Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework
• Proven leadership skills — line management, coaching, and mentoring
• Deep understanding of clean code , testing , and modern architecture
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern frontend stacks like Next.js , design systems , or component libraries
• Familiarity with agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tooling
• Interest in scaling systems and improving engineering processes
• Awareness of secure coding and data compliance

The role is hybrid in Horsham. One day a week
