£135,000 – £145,000 + discretionary bonus

The Opportunity

A leading professional services firm is undergoing a significant transformation, moving towards a more centralised and scalable operating model. AI is a core part of this strategy over the next 12–18 months, with a clear mandate to deliver tangible business value.

The Role

You’ll define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, focusing on delivery and impact. This role is hands-on, leading AI adoption across systems, products, and operations - not governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and execution
• Drive adoption across Finance, Marketing, IT, Real Estate
• Embed Generative & Agentic AI into platforms
• Build and lead AI engineering capability
• Deliver high-impact AI use cases at pace

About You

• Experience delivering AI at scale
• Background in consulting or enterprise tech
• Strong knowledge of Generative / Agentic AI
• Commercial, hands-on, and execution-focused
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders
