Head of Growth

The Head of Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering new business acquisition and strategic revenue growth.

Youll integrate business development, marketing, and partner ecosystems to generate, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across enterprise and ambitious mid-market clients.

Owning the full sales and marketing funnel, youll ensure strategic alignment, commercial quality, and data-driven decision-making. Youll lead and mentor a high-performing team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute the annual growth strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs across the entire funnel (MQL SQL conversion).
  • Lead data strategy to ensure accurate CRM, analytics, and reporting.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and prioritise investments.

Business Development

  • Own and manage the high-value opportunity pipeline.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and major enterprise pitches.
  • Build and leverage networks across digital product, mobile, and AI sectors.
  • Oversee outreach strategies and performance of Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure all proposals and tenders meet commercial and strategic standards.

Partnerships & Marketing

  • Manage key technology partnerships to drive collaborative growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight of content, PR, and digital marketing.
  • Act as a spokesperson at events, webinars, and conferences to elevate brand profile.
  • Own and optimise the MarTech stack for tracking and funnel performance.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Define and track core metrics: conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development and Marketing teams through regular coaching and reviews.

About You

  • Proven senior commercial leader with experience driving growth in digital or technology services.
  • Strong track record in complex B2B sales and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of digital delivery models, modern architectures, and product innovation.
  • Skilled at identifying and monetising opportunities in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Data-led strategist with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Well-connected within the digital and technology ecosystem.
