IT Service Operations Manager (Contract)
Business critical role sitting at the heart of service delivery and service operations. You’ll be the bridge between internal teams and multiple external service providers (SIAM model), ensuring services remain stable, responsive, and well-governed. This is a fast paced ServiceNow environment.
- Rate: £550 - 600 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: London (Warren Steet)
- Duration: 6 months
💡 What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the key point of contact across service providers and internal stakeholders
- Being on-call as part of a 24/7 rota with the other team members
- Stepping in as backup/escalation point for P1 incidents
- Supporting Problem Management when required
- Overseeing a complex service landscape across application management, infrastructure, service desk, and integration support
- Communicating effectively with external stakeholders when needed
🔧 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management within complex, multi-supplier environments
- SIAM and ServiceNow experience is ideal.
- Background in business critical Service Ops roles.
- Confidence operating in high-pressure environments with senior stakeholders
- Broad understanding of end-to-end IT services (apps, infra, service desk, integrations
