GRC Lead – Identity & Access Management (IAM / PAM) - FTSE100 Financial Services Organisation

I'm supporting a FTSE100 financial services business in hiring a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Lead for Identity & Access Management, in a critical role within the security organisation.

Why this role matters

  • IAM and PAM controls are fundamental to the bank's security posture
  • This role exists to ensure IAM controls actually work in practice, not just on paper

You must have experience with:

  • Facing off the snr stakeholders and risk committees - translating technical IAM issues into clear business and risk language
  • Reporting on control issues, risk exposure, and progress
  • Regulated environments

The details:

  • Location: Largely remote (2 days onsite per month)
  • Offices: Multiple locations across the UK
  • Salary/ Package: £80,000 – £100,000 base + Bonus up to 20%
