Identity Access Management lead

I'm currently working with a purpose-driven, tech-led organisation whose mission is to actually make a difference in the world! They're seeking an IAM Manager to lead a small team and drive their identity and access management strategy forward. This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes IAM and wants to make a meaningful difference.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Your Role:

• Lead the delivery of robust access control solutions including RBAC, JML, and SoD.
• Provide technical expertise across platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, or Ping.
• Guide and develop a small, high-impact team.
• Bring innovative ideas that could evolve/mature the identity governance function.
• Familiar with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Possess an understanding of cloud environments.

The Details:

• Salary: Up to £95,000
• Bonus: up to 22%
• Location: Bristol - Hybrid
